Orem approves Holiday Inn Express

Orem City approved the site plan for a Holiday Inn Express to be located at 1250 W. University Parkway. The hotel will be a 120 rooms with four stories. The hotel will provide standard private rooms and bathrooms. There will be no restaurant inside, but typical continental breakfast will be provided. The owner of the property is Merril Gappmayer. The developer is Ryan Rivet with Utah Hospitality.
