Posovi subdivision given approval

Ivins City Council approved a first amended master plan/development agreement for the Posovi Phase II subdivision project. Posovi Phase I already exists. The subdivision will be a total of 17 lots divided into smaller lots. Phase II-B will have two lots on four acres and Phase II-I will have two lots on 3.6 acres. It is located at approximately 2000 N. 900 West. The developer is Terry Martin with Kayenta Development.
