Proposed Amendments to Sunset Hills PUD

Arbor Gardner Plumb Sunset Hills LLC is requesting an amendment to the Sunset Hills PUD Phase 1 Amended Subdivision Plat. The amendment would realign a portion of Oquirrh Mesa Drive, which would affect Parcels A and C, that would also require additional amendments. The proposed amendment of the subdivision is located on approximately 6455 South Oquirrh Mesa Drive (7350 West).
