Proposed Assisted Living Center

In order for the South Salt Lake Planning Commission to approve an assisted living facility on 464 East 3700 South in South Salt Lake, the applicant is asked to consider the following conditions:

• Delivery vehicles to the site will be required to park off of the street in a parking stall and not block access to the private lane.
• A landscaping plan is submitted to staff for review and that the open space area on the south side of the building be enhanced and maintained for resident use.
• Any out door lighting will be installed in a manner that does not impact residential neighbors.
• Applicant will continue to work with staff to make all technical corrections for a building permit.
• Applicant work with staff to provide 11 onsite parking stalls.
• All items of the staff report.
