Renovation of Franklin Templeton Investments completed by Icon Design

The renovation of the Franklin Templeton Investments in the America Plaza II building, 57 W. 200 South, Salt Lake City,  was completed by Icon Design. Common areas from lobbies to break rooms and staff areas, as well as upgrades to the building systems and elevators, were completed in the 90,000-square-foot-building. Icon collaborated with SL&A Architects. Big D Construction was the contractor. (The Enterprise)
