Retail project approved in Marriott-Slaterville

The Mill Creek Plaza preliminary subdivision and site plan was approved by the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission. The Plaza, located at 2000 W. 400 North, will be built on 2.5 acres and will consist of three retail pads, a lube shop, a car wash and a fast food restaurant. Robert Anderson applied for approval.
