Retirement community proposed in Hyrum

The concept plan for Silver Willow Retirement Community was approved by Hyrum City Planning Commission. The retirement community will consist of 22 units and three single-family homes on 6.27 acres. Reed Elder of Hyde Park, who has built a number of retirement communities in Cache Valley, is the developer and builder. The project is awaiting preliminary approval from the Hyrum City Planning Commission.
