South Farm development approved

Phase B of the South Farm LLC development at 13000 S. 5400 West was approved. The subdivision will consist of 43 single family lots, space for an LDS church and land for townhomes. RoseCrest, the project developer, will start road and infrastructure construction soon. Construction on buildings is expected to begin spring of 2010.
