Three new subdivisions

Three new subdivisions are currently under way in Layton. Ed Green Construction, the developer and contractor for the Swan Meadows Subdivision, has almost completed Phase 3, a 39-lot subdivision at approximately 2650 W. 1000 North, and Phase 4, also a 39-lot subdivision located at approximately 2625 W. 900 North, said Planning Commission Secretary Julie Jewell. Greyhawk, a Gold Medallion subdivision for single-family homes, has 92 lots on nearly 30 acres and is located at approximately 1800 E. 3100 North.
