Townhomes to be built in Provo

The Rocky Mountain Townhome project received approval from the Provo Planning Commission and will be recommened for approval to the Provo City Council. Developer Chris Olsen wants to build 11 townhomes on .60 acres at 673 W. Labon Circle. Each unit will be approximately 1,600 square feet. John Duster with Georgetown Development is the builder on this project.
