Valley Fair Mall in next phase of remodel

(Enterprise) Work on the largest phase of the redevelopment at the Valley Fair Mall in West Valley City has begun. It will include more than 100,000 square feet of new and remodeled stores, including Ross Dress for Less, Famous Footwear, Petco, and a Farr’s Fresh Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt Café. R&O Construction, Ogden, is general contractor.
