Wal-Mart to build green

A green Wal-Mart in Heber City will be one of the firsts of its kind to use solar energy and other renewable energy sources. The Boyer Group is the developer for the smaller but more efficient big box store. The building, located close to 1300 S. Highway 189, will be approximately 105,000 square feet with an additional 20 to 30 adjacent retail stores. Construction is scheduled to begin this year with the completion date planned for early summer of 2010.
