West Valley plans for development

West Valley City is preparing for future development along 3500 South and 5600 West at the Hunter Town Center. The area was rezoned for high density, transit-oriented, mixed-use development in preparation for the Mountain View Corridor and UTA Rapid Transit.  Although no developers have made plans to build in the area, West Valley is hopeful development will occur in the near future.
